W.o.W.

Picture of a young girl singing into a microphone.(Wonder of Worship)

WOW's ministry combines the talents of kids and adults who have a heart for serving others. Our team seeks to teach young worshippers to praise the Lord, while encouraging them to lead others. Our worship team performs for children's church.

Who can participate?

-Kids second grade and up. You don't have to be a star performer, just have a desire to worship and grow in your musical skills. (However, we do ask that musicians have taken lessons for a minimum of two years before joining the WoW team.)

-Those with a heart to worship and learn more about Jesus.

-Those willing to commit to practices with a good attitude!

Picture of a young person playing keyboard and singing.“I joined the W.o.W. team about five years ago and Iʼve done many things in it. I started out as a song motions leader, moved up to tambourine, sang as a lead singer, and now Iʼm playing the piano. One of the reasons I joined the WoW team was to be with my friends and to pursue my love of music. One of the things that I love the most about the WoW team is that it allows kids to pursue different instruments (if they are interested) or if they love to sing, it gives them the opportunity to do just that! Iʼve learned a lot from my time on the team. Iʼve had time fellowshipping with the members in the band and with the kids. Iʼve learned so much from all of them, whether it was being mentored by a band member or learning a different way to have fun from one of the kids. If you like to sing, play an instrument, or you want to get to know other kids in the church, this is a great way to do them all!” – Gina Davis
