Do Life Groups provide childcare?

Childcare varies from group to group. Indicate your needs on the sign-up sheet.

When do groups meet and for how long?

Most groups meet on Sunday evenings. If a different day works better for a particular group, that’s fine too.

Most groups average 8-12 people and meet once a week for about two hours.

Life Groups officially meet September – June.  However, most at least stay in touch during the summer.

For those doing topical studies (e.g. Support Group - Divorce Care, or Parenting, etc.) the time commitment will vary depending on the study. You will be told ahead of time by the group leader.

What do groups talk about?

All Life Groups give priority to personal sharing over time as group members get to know, love, and trust one another.  Many groups enjoy discussing Sunday's sermon in order to get a deeper understanding of the Biblical truths presented by the pastor. If you'd like to download a sermon, click here.  Others pursue studies of there own, either in books of the Bible, or topical studies using other resources approved by the CCO pastors.
